www.mlgearcalculator.com ("the site") is run by Liam Smart, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as "ML Gear Calculator". Email: mlgearhelper@gmail.com. Not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
The site is an unofficial, fan-made planner for the game Million Lords. It is a fan-based community project, not an official Million Lords product, and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the game's developers. Game names, artwork and data belong to their owners. Game numbers can change at any time; results are estimates and come with no guarantee of in-game outcomes.
The equipment planner is free. You can create an account (email and password, an emailed sign-in link, or Google) to save loadouts. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
VIP is digital content supplied straight away. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. You lose that right once supply has started, if you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. You give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
Codes are single-use, have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn before they are redeemed. Repeated wrong attempts are temporarily blocked.
Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the access controls of the site or its API, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for in-game losses or decisions you make based on the site.
We may update these terms; the version shown at your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
